Shipping Policy

 

We will process your order within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery (depending on your location).

As our products are chocolate based and storage conditions are 12-25 celcius we must take this into consideration when shipping. The last thing we want it to ship you out products that will melt in transit. We may touch base with you to make alternative shipping arrangements.

Please note, deliveries to Western Australia or Northern Territory can take between 5 - 10 business days.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays will not be processed until the next business day available. We deliver internationally however free domestic shipping does not apply.

PRE-ORDERS

If KREENUTS offers pre-orders to its customers, the above shipping and dispatch times are not to be followed and the dates and times communicated by KREENUTS should be used by customers.

KREENUTS does not accept any liability if dispatch or delivery dates are later than what was communicated. 

Whilst we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Kreenuts cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, courier issues, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of our couriers, Australia Post, or other logistics provider.

Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Kreenuts. If this is the case, please contact the logistics provider immediately, they often have more information than what is available online.
